Return Policy Fi

All bookings made with us are non-transferable. Guests who wish to cancel their booking may request a refund if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour or for guests who fail to show up on the day of the tour.

If the tour is cancelled by us due to unsafe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered the option of rescheduling to another available date or receiving a full refund.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed through the same payment method used at the time of booking. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
