All bookings for our Mangrove Tours are subject to availability, and we recommend making your reservation in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Payment must be completed according to the instructions provided during the booking process.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. However, no refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour or for no-shows. In the event that we need to cancel a tour due to severe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered either a rescheduled date or a refund.

Tours may continue in light rain, but the itinerary may be adjusted or delayed for safety reasons. Please note that the final itinerary is subject to change depending on weather conditions and operational requirements.

For safety, all guests are required to follow the instructions given by our tour guide at all times. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings during the tour, and participation is at the guest’s own risk.

Guests with medical conditions, disabilities, or special requirements should inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Children must always be accompanied by an adult throughout the tour.
